We came to the foot of the Great Wall and found that the road to the Great Wall was steep, like climbing a mountain. When we reached the entrance to the Great Wall, I realized that the Great Wall was so real that it looked like a black dragon sitting there. Oh, how many people come to climb the Great Wall! I went to the first beacon with my parents. Along the way, we walked and photographed. The Great Wall is crowded with people. Every time we went to a beacon, we had to walk hand in hand to avoid losing it. When we reached the fourth beacon, the wind suddenly rose on the wall, and peoples hair was floating, and some of them were blown away. So we carefully climbed up the four remaining beacon towers. When I stood at the top of the Great Wall, I looked at the green under the Great Wall and felt very relaxed, leaving all the fatigue of climbing the Great Wall behind me.
Looked at the beautiful scenery, it suddenly occurred to me that the people in the qin dynasty to build the Great Wall, is that they are the Great Wall of casting with wisdom and hands, so the Great Wall standing on this land for thousands of years.
Looking at the majestic scenery, I suddenly remembered the soldiers of the ancient guard country. 有一年暑假，我去北京参加夏令营，成了一名“好汉”。因为“不到长城非好汉”嘛!
都说长城巍峨雄伟，于是我怀着敬仰之心来到了长城。远看，长城就是一条巨龙，起伏奔腾，飞舞盘旋。这么长的城墙，难怪是在外太空看地球唯一能看到的建筑物!比它高，却没看到;埃及金字塔比它的部分大，也没看到。这是为什么呢?我想是因为其他的建筑物花费的心血没它多，要知道长城可是长达一万两千六百里呢!所以叫“万里长城”。这么大的心血凝聚成的长城难道在外太空会看不到吗?
登上长城，才知道长城的.险峻，我对修筑长城的人们越发敬佩了，他们是怎么把材料搬上长城的?我的眼前好像出现了修筑长城的将帅士卒黎庶百工。为了修筑此伟大工程，牺牲了不少人。据说修筑长城死的劳工都被埋在长城脚下，因为据《孟姜女哭长城》中记载，孟姜女哭倒了长城才找到丈夫的尸体。想到这，我不禁深深地叹了口气!
我抚摸着长城，才惊讶地发现在历史的长河中，固若金汤的长城也被岁月打磨得有些破损了，某些部位，好像掉了一部分材料，有点凹凸不平。长城虽然“受了伤”，但还是巍然屹立，它不仅是中国的骄傲，更是世界的奇迹，我不禁想到一句话“万里长城今犹在，不见当年秦始皇。”长城的破旧还是有一定原因的，一部分是因为岁月的流逝，但更多还是因为战争，毕竟当初诸侯各国建立烽火台并用城墙连接起来是为了抵御外敌用的嘛，可一想到“烽火戏诸侯”我就生气，为什么要用军事来娱乐呢?
我想长城成为世界八大奇观是有原因的，就是因为它的“长”，这个长不仅说明长度长，更突出了长城的历史悠久，长城几乎跟我们伟大的祖国同龄。我们的祖先历经千难万苦修筑了此伟大工程，给全世界展现其不仅壮丽雄伟，且坚固美观的中国特色与骄傲。巍峨雄伟的长城真是太伟大了，我不禁为自己是个炎黄子孙，是个龙的传人而骄傲自豪!
因为下雨，我们恋恋不舍地离开了长城。我望着雨中仍在飞舞的长城，对我们祖先的毅力和智慧由衷的敬佩，也为自己是中国人而感到骄傲!

Three days ago we decided to visit the Great Wall.
Today we met at the bus stop early in the morning. When we were on the bus, we saw a lot of new buildings and new was taller than before, I thought.
It took us about two hours to get to the Great Wall. When the Great Wall appeared in front of us, we couldn , t help thinking how wonderful it is! I wondered how the people in the past built it without modem machines. It is said you can see it from the was proud of it.
After coming home I made up my mind to study harder than before. When I grow up, I will work hard to make our country more beautiful and stronger.

在我国山海关到嘉峪关的崇山峻岭上，蜿蜒盘旋着一条巨龙——长城。它长一万多里，所以也被称为万里长城。
长城最初是秦始皇用它来抵御外来侵略者，驱使成千上万的民族建造而成的，经过元、明、清等朝代的增建以后才形成了如今的万里长城。
课文告诉我们长城里用巨大的条石和城砖筑成的。城墙外有两米多高的垛口，垛口上面有瞭望口，下面有射口，敌人来了，可以用来瞭望和射击。城墙顶上每隔三百多米，就有一座方形的城台，也叫“烽火台”，打仗的时候，可以互相呼应。
在古代，什么交通工具也没有就靠着无数的肩膀，无数的手，把一块块几千公斤重的条石，一步一步地抬上这陡峭的山岭，这是多么地艰辛啊！
